CoolDry™ Heavy Duty Insulated Saddles

The CoolDry™ Heavy Duty Insulated Saddle is designed for heavy-duty chilled water and cold piping. It is recommended for roller hanger, trapeze and strut systems. It can be used outdoors if it is protected from the weather. The saddles meet MSS SP-58/Type 40 Shield criteria.

• A complete composite assembly, for fast and easy installation
• 360-degree 3.75 PCF and 5.0 PCF section of rigid phenolic foam provides excellent thermal efficiency and compressive strength
• A Zero-Perm glossy white vapor barrier for superior condensation control
• Phenolic Foam Insulation meets the 25/50 Flame Smoke Rating
• A G-90 galvanized carbon steel, Buckaroos partial bottom rib 180-degree Roundup Saddle for maximum insulation systems protection at hanger locations
